DWA provides plans and renderings to exemplify possible scenarios for site development based on zoning criteria and overlay requirements.  This particular site of 7.7 acres was to be developed in three phases and consists primarily of three residential / hotel towers of just over 1000 units.  Also included are casino floor areas, restaurants and retail shops, amenity decks and structured parking for approximately 1700 vehicles.
