This 8,000 sq. ft. office building was designed to showcase the advanced technology of the water reclamation process.  As part of a $240M industrial project, the building was redesigned from an existing footprint to accommodate presentations to special interest groups through three large screen monitors in the “Nerve Center” where water reclamation operations can be explained and demonstrated interactively.

The building houses the primary electrical and server room functions for the entire reclamation facility, including a lab for sample analysis, a multi-purpose conference room, office/workstations and support spaces.  The steel structure is defined by both EIFS and a natural stone exterior with exposed structural elements to the interior.
