Our office developed conceptual site and building design studies of the 331 unit resort/condominium tower that will join the rapidly growing Las Vegas high-rise skyline.

The 42-story Hotel/Condominium Tower’s distinctive form allows optimum views for every unit. It will feature amenities such as 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, a pool and recreation deck, as well as a fitness center. The lower half of the tower is composed of resort units, while the upper half contains high-end residential units.
