This mixed use project consisted of 200 units of Skilled Nursing facilities, Memory Care, Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities in an 18 story tower supported by ground level retail shops with medical offices above and structured parking.  Originally designed for inclusion to the 61 acre development in Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas, the project included a total of 1.1M SF on approximately 5 acres and was to be located within proximity to the prestigious Lou Ruvo Brain Institute.
