The conceptual design for an artificial island resort off the Rach Gia coast of southwest Vietnam is an ensemble of private beach houses, coves, fishing resort, a clothing optional beach, golf course, five-star hotel and a dense Parisian-style cluster of restaurants, retail and nightclubs.
 

The island is intended to accommodate foreign visitors, The hotel optimizes scenic views of the bay on one side and the artificial lake on the other. The golf course acts as a natural buffer between the clothing optional beach and the retail zone. Meandering streets impart a slower traffic and a scenic route while accommodating pedestrian and biking paths. A few beach-house timeshares impart a residential character along the island fringe
